PwC has released its fifth annual compendium, 'Corporate governance, Best practice reporting'. This includes a selection of examples of good reporting from the annual reports of listed companies. The publication will be useful to a range of users, from companies preparing their governance disclosures to advisors and others reviewing them.
In addition to the best practice examples, the compendium includes commentary on the key governance topics discussed during the Walker and FRC reviews, as these will affect future governance requirements and disclosures by companies, and includes a section specifically on Remuneration. More prominence has been given to the underlying technical requirements and guidance in each area of governance covered, which should make this edition a useful reference guide.
