Jerry is head of our Midlands transaction services department. He heads a team of 50 dedicated professionals specialising in advising corporate and institutional clients on acquisitions, disposals and related post-deal assistance.
Jerry has experience of leading work on a large number of completed transactions, including numerous transactions for key corporate and institutional clients.
His recent deal experience covers a wide range of sectors, including engineering, pubs, care homes, utilities and business services.
