On 21 November 2014 a case management conference (the “CMC”) was held before Mr Justice David Richards in respect of the Application. The purpose of the CMC was to deal with issues concerning the procedural management of the Application going forward.
Further to the CMC, the parties have agreed, and the Judge has approved, a directions order (the “Order”). A copy of the Order can be found here.
Given the scope of the Application, its issues have been split into three groups. The Order provides for a separate procedural timetable and trial for each group.
The Joint Administrators will continue to post relevant court documents for all three groups of issues on this section of the LBIE administration website.
