Update – Waterfall II Application (the “Application”) – Skeleton Arguments in relation to Second Tranche Hearing - 18 May 2015
Pursuant to the Order of Mr Justice David Richards dated 21 November 2014, as amended by paragraph 8 of the directions order made on 9 March 2015, the following skeleton arguments were filed and served in advance of the hearing of the second tranche of issues in the Application (which commenced on 15 May 2015 with one reading day for the Judge):
- Skeleton argument of the Senior Creditor Group
- Skeleton argument of Wentworth
- Skeleton argument of the Joint Administrators
- Reply Skeleton argument of Wentworth
