Update – Waterfall II Application (the “Application”) – Statement of Disputed Facts – 30 April 2015
Pursuant to paragraph 2 of the Order of Mr Justice David Richards dated 22 April 2015, the LBIE Administrators have filed and served a document identifying the facts not agreed between the parties but contended by one or more of them to be admissible and relevant to the determination of Issues 34, 35 and 36A in the Application (the “Statement of Disputed Facts”).
