Update – Waterfall II Application – Witness Statement – 30 July 2014
On 25 July 2014 the Joint Administrators of Lehman Brothers International (Europe) (in administration) ("LBIE") filed at Court the Tenth Witness Statement of Anthony Victor Lomas, setting out the background to, and development of, CDDs and the CRA, in accordance with the procedural order made by the Court on 25 June 2014.
