Schemes and CVAs - the perfect arrangement?

Our survey of the use and application of Schemes of Arrangement (Schemes) and Company Voluntary
Arrangements (CVAs) gathers the views of lawyers on the popularity, perception and application of these restructuring tools.

 

Results show that CVAs are now very much accepted as a solution to landlord issues in the retail space, following on from a number of high profile cases in the market.  We believe that CVAs and Schemes in many cases can offer as good as, or better value than pre-packs or administrations for investors, banks, suppliers and landlords.
