Back to Business is a 6 month paid senior internship programme, aiming to encourage senior professional women to restart their career after an extended break.

We know that returning to work after a long break may not be easy, so we want to make this as successful and enjoyable for you as possible. The programme is designed to help you transition back into the work environment and give you an opportunity to upgrade your skills. Our Back to Business programme will provide:

  • A week long induction with your peers
  • A dedicated Partner Sponsor
  • A member of your assigned team to shadow
  • The opportunity to work on real client projects
  • Touch points throughout the programme to see how you are getting on
  • Potential opportunities to become permanent at the end of the programme

The programme will also give you the opportunity to develop new relationships, broaden your professional networks and meet with other programme participants, as well as people in your respective business area. You’ll have a chance to make a real impact and contribute to our business with continued support throughout. At the end of the six months there may be an opportunity to become permanent depending on your performance and your desire to continue with us.

Our Tax business consists of Corporate Tax, Indirect Tax, Tax Reporting and Strategy and Legal. With over 3,000 industry experts you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of people and projects. We help our clients answer the big business questions - but we don’t just react to immediate needs, we use our initiative and industry insight to plan solutions to more complex problems. This could be on projects that range from restructuring a multi-million-pound property portfolio, to advising a rock star on the tax implications of their world tour.

  • HR Professionals with a client facing background,
  • Qualified Solicitors keen to work within a Professional Services company,
  • Qualified Tax professionals with either Indirect or Deals experience,
  • Tax Professionals with a focus on either Corporate or Private Clients.

Our Deals business is made up of Business Recovery Services (BRS), Corporate Finance (CF), Forensic Services and Transaction Services (TS). We focus on the transactions and crisis elements of our business from strategic public office procurement advice, insolvency of underperforming businesses, international take-over bids to economic crime investigations. Our client base is wide, including government offices, Private Equity Houses, family businesses and multinational conglomerates.
