As part of your reward package from PwC, you will receive a Choices allowance, together with your base pay and 25 days' holiday per year (with funding equivalent to an additional five days' holiday for Directors).
Your Choices allowance is designed to provide you with a competitive package of benefits and includes 4% base pay pension funding for managers and above (or after five years' service for staff below manager).
Whatever your grade, you will be able to request to join the Group Personal Pension from the day you start work and benefit from valuable matched funding. Matched funding from PwC ranges from 2 - 15% of base pay, depending on your grade and length of service.

There are certain Choices benefits you will receive as standard and PwC will use some of your Choices allowance for them. These benefits are designed to provide you and your family with a minimum level of protection.
Any balance is completely flexible. For example, you can request to extend private medical benefit cover to your family, increase life assurance and income protection benefit cover and, if you want, request extra days' holiday up to 30 days in total per year.
And if your situation changes so can your benefits: once a year you will have the opportunity to review the benefits you receive from PwC and request changes. That way, the Choices benefits you receive can remain valuable and relevant to your lifestyle.
