Here in this team you’ll advise under-performing UK and European companies on restructuring, refinancing, accelerated mergers and acquisitions and insolvency – you'll be finding the best way forward for the business and its stakeholders.

Transaction Services supports private equity firms, investment funds and corporate clients through mergers, acquisitions and disposals. Our London Deals' graduate vacancies for 2017 will open mid-October 2016, with application deadlines on 17 November 2016.
