At PwC, we’re passionate about identifying and developing top talent. So passionate in fact, that we’ve grown our Talent Academy series.
Our range of programmes capture the diversity and breadth of our business. Whichever Academy you choose, you’ll have the opportunity to develop valuable business skills and discover where your strengths and interests lie. Our residential Talent Academy is a prestigious programme that’s main focus is you.
Are you a first year student wondering where to start with your career? Do you want to get a taste of a company before you commit to a placement or internship? If so our Talent Academy is for you. Choosing what to do after you graduate can be daunting. At PwC we want to offer you the chance to get to know us better and learn more about what we do in our Tax and Assurance teams. Our two-day Talent Academy provides just this!
The benefits;
- Based in a central location, we cover all expenses such as travel, accommodation and food.
- You'll engage with your chosen business area to gain a greater understanding of the work they do and how we add value to our clients.
- You'll spend time with PwC staff and Partners, who'll share their experiences and career journey with you.

If you have a passion for technology, why not consider our Tech Academy. This programme is open to undergraduates in all year groups. The Tech Academy offers a unique opportunity to spend a week with our Technology teams in our London, Manchester and Belfast offices. You’ll experience the innovative work we’re doing to stay at the forefront of data, digital, and cyber security for our clients at a global reach. You’ll experience life at PwC from the perspective of our senior leadership and our graduate trainees. Impress us during the week and, following a final interview, you could well earn a place on one of our summer internships, work placements or graduate roles for the following year.
Already graduated and keen to pursue a career in technology? Our Northern Ireland practice offers the Data Analytics Academy. During this 8 week programme you’ll cover the foundations of what it takes to become a Data Analytics professional. From gathering, analysing, manipulating and visualising data; to real world experiences of working with clients and solving complex problems. Perform well and this could lead to a graduate role in our Belfast office for the following year.
