Talent academy

Spend two days in the company of like-minded peers, learning from top business professionals and recruiters.

You’ll get the kind of preparation for the world of work that’s available only to the most talented and ambitious. Our Talent Academy is a great way to develop your business acumen - and it could lead to an offer to join our summer internship or undergraduate work placement programme the following year.

The Talent Academy is a prestigious programme that will put you through your paces. You’ll engage with your chosen business area to gain a greater understanding of their work and how we add value to our clients. You’ll spend time with PwC staff and Partners – who’ll share their experiences and career progression. Benefiting from a tailored development experience, you’ll select employability electives aligned to your area of interest.

Straight away, you'll realise how much you already know – for instance, about dealing with different people and situations – thanks to a job you’ve had, a team you’ve been part of or perhaps voluntary work you’ve done for a society or charity. More importantly, you'll be amazed at how quickly you can develop your commercial knowledge, gaining an insight into typical business scenarios you'd come across daily at PwC.

You’ll also tackle a challenging team project, where you’ll work in groups to formulate an argument to a proposal. And at the end, you'll debate your group's findings with other teams – in a fun and highly interactive climax to the day. The course will be intensive – but you'll be under the watchful eye of experienced business professionals.
