Outstanding potential takes many forms - academic success is just one of them. That’s why, with our 'Inspired Talent' entry route. You can apply for this route if you meet one of our two requirements.

We recognise talent is sometimes not just restricted to academic performance; maybe you’ve invested time and effort to achieve amazing things outside of university, which means you didn’t gain the degree result you hoped for? Or, maybe you’ve achieved a first class degree at university but fallen short of our UCAS academic requirements?

Our intention is to capture the brightest and best people from all backgrounds, extending the reach of our offerings to a wider, more diverse candidate pool without compromising our standards.

Have you got what it takes?
What you’ll need:

• An exceptional achievement- You might be an Olympic standard athlete, have launched a thriving business or performed an incredible feat for charity that’s taken time away from your university studies. You may not have gained the degree result you hoped for but you’ve shown you have the intellectual agility, drive and resilience to excel in our business in other ways.

Or

• A first-class honours degree in any degree discipline and a UCAS tariff of at least 240 (or equivalent). UCAS tariff must be gained from your top three A-level results excluding general studies and resits.

Academic requirements:
As long as you’ve committed yourself to a pro-longed period of study to achieve a degree, we’re interested in you. The subject of your degree is not important. What we’re interested in is that you can demonstrate why you haven’t performed as well as you would have liked academically. You can do this by either telling us your outstanding achievement in a story, or by gaining at first class at University. You’ll also need to demonstrate the competencies that are critical to our business success.. The employability skills we look for and measure our people against include the ability to:

• Communicate clearly, listen effectively and influence others
• Take advantage of new learning opportunities, share learning and be creative in your thinking
• Understand and show an interest in client service and delivery
• Work successfully in teams and demonstrate leadership potential
• Build and sustain relationships through rich internal and external networks
• Deal with changing priorities/ workloads with a positive attitude
• Maintain professionalism and strive for high ethical standards at all times
• Reflect on personal performances and recognise development needs

Please note: If you have 300 UCAS tariff points or above (or equivalent) and are on course or have achieved a 2.1 or above in any degree discipline then please apply via our standard full time graduate entry route.
