Are telecoms operators focused on their customers?

Our new report shows the need for telecoms companies to develop an organisational structure which can deliver the multiple services required by customers, such as content and commerce services to smartphones, TVs and online portals.

This ‘convergence’ has been long-expected, but many telecoms companies are finding they’re unprepared to take advantage of the opportunities it offers and are in danger of being left behind by media and technology companies.

The report looks at five organisational models telecoms can consider. It also advises operators to build new relationships across the communications, technology and media industries for example, with apps providers, advertising agencies and even with competitors, to deliver all the services customers expect in the competitive and fast-changing telecoms market.
