Bundled services are fast becoming a popular way for people to buy their TV, phone and broadband. For operators bundled services offer a number of key advantages, not the least of which, is the ability to address customer churn in a market in which loyalty has largely proved elusive.
This paper, based on thoughts of consumers, discusses the merits of bundled services and what actually drives people to buy them. For some, it's all about getting the 'cheapest deal' and, for others, TV is the hook. While customer service and service quality are important, so too are brand and reputation.
