Alex Wilson

Alex is a qualified actuary by professional training, but has a broad range of people experience acquired during his 25 years at PwC. Whilst Alex has provided wide ranging pension advice to corporates and trustees in the past, for the last 14 years his main client focus has been assisting them in identifying and managing pension and other people/HR related issues and opportunities in corporate transactions.

In addition to advising his own clients, he leads a team of c. 25 pensions/HR specialists who advise clients on people related issues and opportunities in corporate transactions.

He has advised clients on over 350 transactions over the last 15 years. He has worked for private equity houses and corporate buyers and sellers across a broad range of industries covering employees across the globe.
