Raj Mody

Raj leads PwC's Managed Services business in the UK for all matters people-related. This includes an organisation's full "hire-to-retire" workforce needs, or specialist components within that such as payroll, onboarding, learning & development, employment legal, HR investigations, and pensions data remediation.

In his client advisory role, Raj helps pension plan trustees and sponsors tackle their range of current issues. He is skilled in developing and implementing strategy for pension funds, covering financing, assets, risk, governance, operations and end-game. He is experienced in working with complex multinationals and leads our global retirement advisory business, independently rated during his leadership as no 1 in the world for client impact and depth of capability.

Raj has a Mathematics degree from the University of Oxford, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries. In a personal capacity, he is Board adviser to a fintech company which reunites pensions and savers. Raj also serves as a Trustee of a charity which inspires young and disadvantaged people to fulfil their potential in the fields of aviation, space & technology, chairing its Finance & Risk Assurance Committee.
