If your company is paying for your training then we will send an invoice directly to your training manager following the first day of tuition.
If you are funding your studies yourself, then we need full payment of the course fees before the first scheduled day of tuition to secure your place on the course. We accept credit card and cheque payments.

We regret that no refund will be given for cancellations received less than 10 working days before the event, nor are we able to make a refund for non-attendance.
If I am unable to attend the course can I transfer my booking to an alternative date or to another student?
We will be pleased to accept a substitute colleague from your organisation, even within the cancellation period. We would also be happy to accommodate you on one of our other locations for a particular study day. Confirmation of this must be made in writing prior to the event (letter or e-mail).
