Richard Phelps is the global HR management consulting practice leader. He founded the Saratoga organisation in Europe, which was acquired by PwC in 2003. An authority on human capital strategy, measurement and benchmarking, he has more than 20 years consulting experience across North America, Europe and Asia.
Richard has been a contributor to The Advisory Forum for the UK Government’s, Accounting for People Human Capital Taskforce and is currently a member of The Human Capital Management Standards Group. He also has a masters degree from Oxford University.
