Chris is based in our London office where he is our UK Financial Services Leader. Former roles have included leadership of the London Banking and Capital Markets Audit group, our UK Financial Services Consulting practice and our Global Corporate Treasury practice.
He has been a partner for 20 years and specialises in the audit of financial service companies. He is currently the engagement signing partner for the global audits of ICAP plc and the EMEA operations of Bank of America Merrill Lynch; for both these institutions he also leads the firm’s relationships with senior management and the audit / governance committees. He is the independent review partner of the UK based operations of a number of foreign groups, together with their listed securitisation vehicles and has regularly chaired the firm’s technical panels on our highest profile banks and financial services clients.
He is a member of the advisory boards of both the FS faculty of the ICAEW and the Association of Corporate Treasures (ACT); he is a former president of ACT.
