A practical and engaging one-day event to help any budget holder gain increased awareness of some of the issues connected with budget management. The first session will be based on the rules and processes related to departmental funding (what is the estimate, the vote, and how they relate to you). Session Two will be based on an interactive board game to illustrate the impact of business decisions on Resource and Capital DEL. Session Three will simulate how to review performance against your budget.
