Profile: Neil Hampson

Neil is a partner in the PricewaterhouseCoopers UK valuation & strategy practice.  He has focused on the Aerospace & Defence sector for the past 10 years and has worked with 30 of the global top 100 Aerospace & Defence companies and many defence ministries and government agencies. 

Neil is a well-known figure in the industry.  He compiles the annual Flight International Aerospace Top 100 and regularly comments in the Financial Times and Jane’s Defence Weekly. 

He has particular expertise in:

• Strategy: corporate & business unit strategies, market entry analysis, analysis of industry profitability
• Organisation / Restructuring: restructuring, market exit and strategic cost savings

• Post merger integration: development of synergies, creation of programme management
