Delivering increased capacity on rail
We helped design and deliver the London Underground PPP which is now starting to deliver major improvements in the Underground infrastructure.
Managing congestion on road
We are currently advising the Highways Agency on the widening of the M25 for four lanes to help resolve congestion around London.
Resolving infrastructure disputes
We assisted the Italian Government owned high speed rail company resolve commercial issues in relation to the construction of the new lines between Rome – Naples and Bologna – Florence by analysing the Contractor’s entitlement to extensions of time and associated costs.
Advising stakeholders in troubled rail franchises
We assisted the Strategic Rail Authority in resolving the issues arising from the perceived under performance of the Connex South Eastern passenger franchise including the transfer of the franchise to an SPV and contingency planning.
Modernising transport services
We helped the councils in Nottingham develop and procure their new tram system – Nottingham Express Transit – which has transformed public transport in the city and beaten all its patronage targets.
Improving customer Service
We helped FirstGroup plc manage its winning bid for the ScotRail franchise, including construction of the financial model.
