The top 3 information requirements to support decision making for UK CEOs were:

  • Information about the risks to which a business is exposed
  • Information about the companies brand and reputation
  • Information about the customer needs and client preferences

UK CEOs rate information about customers’ preferences and needs slightly ahead of financial forecasts and projections, with 96% deeming it critical or important. Yet, only 22% feel that the information they receive on this is comprehensive and 15% believe it is inadequate; compared to 52% who believe that the information they receive on financial forecasts and projections is comprehensive.
