Creditors’ Committee meeting – 7/10/09

The first meeting of the KIS Creditors’ Committee meeting was held on 7 October 2009 at PwC’s offices at Plumtree Court, in London. Creditors’ Committee members and observers are as follows.

Observers of the Creditors’ Committee

  • Bruce Hattersley representing himself and his family members
  • Joanne Buglass representing the Financial Services Authority
  • Mark Andersen and Cecile Chastre representing the Financial Services Compensation Scheme

The meeting comprised a report from the administrators on the progress of the administration to date and a thorough discussion amongst the attendees of the issues raised.  Due to extensive matters remaining to be discussed, the meeting was adjourned shortly after 3pm. The meeting will reconvene on Friday 23 October 2009.
