Questions and answers – 08/12/09

Where can I check the latest position on processing of payments for the following products which are subject to the review detailed in your press release of 28 July 2009?
(a) Keydata Investment Services ("KIS") products backed by blue chip financial institutions.
(b) Third party products for which KIS provided administrative processing services and acted as a plan manager.

Answer:
(a) Keydata Investment Services ("KIS") products backed by blue chip financial institutions. See attached list which will be updated regularly and will indicate when payments have commenced.

(b) Third party products for which KIS provided administrative processing and acted as a plan manager.  See attached list which will be updated regularly and will indicate when payments have commenced.

There is no issue with Cash ISA products and payments are being made in the normal course. Those products where Keydata only provided back office services are also unaffected.
