Second progress report dated 14 October 2009

Pursuant to Rule 2.47 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, the Joint Administrators’ second progress report for the period 15 March 2009 to 14 September 2009, has been sent to all known creditors and counterparties as at 15 September 2008.

This report provides an account of the steps that have been taken in the Administration over the last six months.
