Is pay for performance a force for good? |

After a year of unprecedented turbulence, now is an appropriate time to take
stock and begin to focus on the future. As the title suggests, the debate
around pay for performance will no doubt continue to be a theme in 2010.
However, we believe that some fresh thinking, and the willingness to move
beyond the narrow constraints of current practice, will be key to rebuilding
trust and demonstrating pay can be a force for good.
