This article presents key highlights for the hotel sector from PwC's recent survey Emerging Trends in Real Estate Europe.
Although fear is back in European real estate markets, investment prospects for hotels in Europe in 2008 are still considered modestly good by the survey participants.
Development prospects were thought to be even slightly better although, unsurprisingly as an investment, rating values were lower than 2007.
