Managing complexity is about aggressively removing complexity where it creates costs and overheads, makes the organisation slow and unresponsive, and does not add value to customers.
PricewaterhouseCoopers in conjunction with Management Today hosted CEOs from WPP, Royal Mail, Astra Zeneca, NHS and BUPA and discussed how complexity manifests itself in their organisations. It is clear that the issue of “complexity” is one that resonates with CEOs. Management Today have made this subject a front cover issue.
