This summary provides an update to the Key Trends in International Assignments for 2004/5. It builds on the global survey of 2002 and uses the knowledge gained from previous surveys. A total of 203 companies took part in the survey. Between them they manage an internationally mobile workforce of over 35,000 people.
The survey enables companies to compare themselves with industry groups on a global or local basis and can be updated on-line as policy or practice changes. In this way changing trends and best practice are easily discernable.
