PwC have received over 12,000 queries since being appointed administrators of Lehman Brothers International (Europe) and other LB entities.

All of the queries sent to the email addresses advertised on pwc.co.uk have been allocated to a specialist team who are in the process of responding to the queries. A significant proportion of the queries that we have received relate to the following:

  • Client Money and Assets;
  • Failed Trades;
  • Creditors;
  • Exchange updates;
  • Companies in Administration; and,
  • Master Agreement Terminations.

What should I do if I have a query?

Should your query relate to one of the issues above please refer to the relevant sections on this website for further information and updates.

Prior to submitting a query please review the ‘Joint Administrators’ progress report for the period 15 September 2008 to 14 March 2009’ and the FAQ’s sections as the information that you require may be there.

Whilst we will respond to all queries as soon as we can, please ensure that you frequently refer to this website as we will be continually updating it with information as and when it becomes available.

Please note that PwC can only provide information or respond to queries in relation to the entities to which we have been appointed administrators.  A full list of the entities that PwC has been appointed administrator of can be found here.

What if my query falls outside the issues listed?

If your query is not answered by the information available then please follow the process below to register a query.

Please send your query with the following information in your text:

  • Name / Company name;
  • Entity to which the query pertains;
  • Any relevant event or expiry dates;
  • If this relates to specific transactions, please include full details of each transaction (e.g. estimated value, product type, account number, etc.); and
  • Full contact details.
