Sustainability is becoming a business imperative, doing nothing is no longer an option, It is about securing your business for the future. The Retail and Consumer team at PricewaterhouseCoopers has recently launched a report on sustainability. The report gives you an insight into what consumers think and how they are likely to behave - as well as how retailers and consumer businesses will need to change to address the issue of sustainability.
The team carried out over 4000 interviews with consumers as well as interviews with senior executives from John Lewis, Marks and Spencer, Sainsbury, Ecover, Adili, Diageo and Innocent, to name a few.
