This PwC study, commissioned by the International Bar Association (IBA) and the American Bar Association (ABA), surveys the management time and external costs to business of multi-jurisdictional merger reviews.
The PwC economics competition group, who conducted the study, work closely with in-house and external counsel (and other advisers) to advise clients on cartel, merger, abuse of dominance, state aid and litigation cases.
