Ian Tomlinson-Roe is the UK HR function effectiveness practice leader.
He advises a wide range of corporate clients on the challenges they face in developing HR functions of the future and their effective alignment with business strategy, as well as the overall approach taken to HR management within the organisation. Prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, he was responsible for a number of high profile HR transformation programmes with leading employers in the financial services sector.
