Tax investigations seminars

During November you can join us at one of the venues we are visiting across the UK for a light hearted look at some serious issues that you may come across when advising clients. Share your experiences and hear from our tax investigations experts, who collectively have over 1,000 years of combined investigation experience.

The workshops last for approximately 90 minutes and will work through a number of scenarios that cover the following topics:

• Corporate and Personal Residence;
• Domicile and how HMRC currently reviews claims to non-domicile;
• PAYE failures;
• Third party information currently available to HMRC (i.e. more than just the offshore bank information) and to you as advisors; and
• Money Laundering, the ability to act and confidentiality.

The sessions will be interactive with just enough competition to make them enjoyable, prizes will be awarded!

We are also offering you a free, private consultation with one of our tax investigation specialists. This could be the ideal opportunity to raise a specific issue and receive a confidential second opinion.
