We supported the client in the evaluation of different approaches ranging from targeted advertising to creation of tailored sub-portals.
Internationalisation and partnership strategy for a leading European ad sales network
We worked with a leading European ad sales network to develop their internationalisation strategy. Our client was already present in several countries and aimed to increase its multinational presence.
As part of our project work, we reviewed the online advertising markets across 16 pre-selected European countries and analysed competitor strategies. We then supported the client in the development of their expansion strategy including development of partnering approach and selection of potential partners.
Commercial reviews of online advertising players
We have conducted a wide range of commercial reviews of online advertising players such as classifieds portals, search agencies and creative digital agencies, typically as part of due diligences for potential acquirers.
Our related work typically involves reviews of market, competition, historical financials and business plans which were then used to develop our client's investment cases.
