PwC has responded to the Ministry of Justice’s consultation in relation to the draft guidance issued which focuses on the Bribery Act 2010.

The Act continues to exercise the minds of our clients as they grapple with its implications for how they do business around the world. Clients are trying to understand what it means to have ‘adequate procedures’ in place to prevent bribery.  Many clients are looking for help to understand their bribery risk profile and how to mitigate such risks.

The Government's response and the final guidance are expected to appear early in the New Year.
