Spending review consultation 2010

The government has an unprecedented challenge in deciding what public spending cuts to make and how they should be made, which makes this Spending Review one of the hardest and most significant since the Second World War.

In our response to the Spending Review consultation, we set out four areas where  we believe government needs to act , based on our of experience working with government and public sector organisations, and on findings from deliberative research into citizen’s views on dealing with the deficit.
