Ian Looker is a partner in our Assurance practice with over 20 years in working with education bodies. This has included funding bodies, universities, colleges and schools. As an audit specialist much of his work has been in internal and external audit, but he has also advised education bodies on a range of risk, control and governance matters. His work has covered many operational areas, as well as working with Boards.
Caitroina is the National lead of transformation in education in PwC. She has 14 years of business transformation experience as a consultant. She has operated at a senior level for a number of years on business related change and is one of PwC’s leaders in developing transformation solutions with particular focus on the technology disruption affecting the sector and students alongside operational effectiveness. She has worked with major organisations across government (Education, Local Government, Central Government, and the Police).
Daniel Earle is a partner in our Corporate Finance team and leads our commercial advice to the education sector on financing, capital investment, and estates-related procurement. Our team has experience of working with universities, other education institutions, local authorities and the private sector provider market in developing and delivering projects, transactions and other commercial arrangements. In this context, we offer services spanning strategic advice, business case development, financial modelling, negotiation support, and finance raising.
Kathryn represents Forensic Services on the Education National Leadership Team and has worked for PwC since 2006, advising organisations in the commercial and public sectors on how to prevent and detect fraud, bribery and money laundering. She co-authored the PwC publication 'When in Rome' which examined the implications of the UK Bribery Act for higher education institutions.
Peter leads the Pensions Management Consulting practice on a day-to-day basis, and helps clients tackle some of their thorny pensions issues. In addition to this, he is also responsible for ensuring we convey the breadth of services and experience we have within the Human Resource Services part of our Firm and how we can bring these to help clients in the Education Sector to address some of the people issues they are contending with.
