The report analyses the number and proportion of women involved in senior management roles within the mining industry, and examines the correlation between gender diversity and company performance. This is the third and final report in the series that we started three years ago. For the first time, this year it also includes the results of interviews with board members and a survey of mid and senior level management of mining companies.
