Chris is a senior partner in PwC based in London and leads the firm’s Industrial Products Group working with industry sub-sector teams to develop and share industry insights both internally and externally. Chris started his career working at HM Treasury where his interest in manufacturing developed. He subsequently moved to the Midlands, where he specialised in tax and spent 15 years providing advice to a range of manufacturing companies including a period on secondment at TI Group. He is now based in our London office and regularly meets with key executives in companies across the sector and leads our service teams on a number of key industry clients.

Neil is a partner in PwC UK Strategy Group and is the firm's global leader for Commercial Due Diligence services. He has particular expertise in the industrial products and engineering sectors, covering corporate and business unit strategies, investment appraisal, commercial due diligence and operational restructuring. Additionally, as PwC global Aerospace & Defence sector leader, Neil's role is to ensure that teams working with clients in the sector are equipped with a thorough understanding of the industry and the issues it faces.

Richard has been a partner since 1996, spending much of his time in our North East Practice. Since 1st July 2008, he has been based in our Manchester office where he advises a number of locally based and multinational companies. Richard has worked with a number of companies in the chemicals industry, giving him first hand experience of the issues facing the sector. His experience includes domestic and international due diligence projects and public circular projects. As UK Chemicals leader Richard coordinates our internal network of sector specialists, facilitating the sharing of sector expertise within our assurance, tax and advisory practices. He is also a member of our Global Chemicals sector team and works directly with clients in the sector.

Clive has been PwC UK's forest, paper & packaging practice leader since 2004, and in 2005 he also became director of the firm's global practice, with responsibility for developing our thinking and services in the sector on a global basis. He is also the global advisory leader for the group, bringing together our best people to support our clients' strategic requirements. Through his responsibility for developing the firm's business in Scandinavia, Clive has worked with many of the world's leading forest and paper companies based in that region over the past 15 years. He has also acted for a number of non-European forest and paper companies on cross-border investment strategies.

Philip is a financial due diligence partner who has been in Transaction Services for 13 years. He leads our Industrial Products sector in TS. Philip has wide experience of working for both corporate and private equity houses on major transactions across UK, Europe and US. As Industrial Products leader he co-ordinates our specialists across all IP sectors in helping clients achieve successful transactions.
