Following the appointment of five new partners in the region, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the Midlands has announced the promotion of 12 new directors. The promotions have been made across the firm’s tax, assurance and advisory practices and come as the firm continues to expand its expertise in the region.
The local tax practice sees the addition of six new directors. They are Clair Bussey in international tax, Rupert Hutton, a specialist in human resource services taxation, Paul Emery, specialising in tax advice for the real estate market and for corporate transactions, Karl Harriman, providing tax advice to entrepreneurs and private companies and corporate tax specialist, Richard Hatfield. Lucy Redding, a corporate tax specialist has also been made a director in the Milton Keynes office.
The assurance practice has also been boosted by the promotion of five directors. The core assurance team welcomes three new directors, Jon Gilpin, Neil Philpott and David Teager. Matt Tombs has been promoted to director in transaction services and Chris Wight has been made director in risk assurance services.
The promotion of Martin Cottle to director within the advisory practice completes the regional promotions. Martin specialises in forensic services.
