Victoria has worked for PwC for 12 years. She started in audit as a trainee
in Leicester and moved into corporate finance eight years ago. Victoria has
bought and sold companies, raised financed for shareholders, advised
shareholders on strategic options and more...
Andy is the senior partner at the Milton Keynes office as well as the head
of the tax services team. He also has a specialist role leading PwC's UK
automotive industry group.
Russell leads the assurance services practice. He has been a partner for 18
years. In addition to his role as audit engagement leader, he has extensive
experience of mergers, acquisitions, business integration strategies and
finance due diligence.
John is a qualified accountant. He gained ten years’ experience in tax
investigations before joining the forensic services department, continuing to
specialise in investigating frauds – both “management” frauds, involving the
manipulation of results, and those involving misappropriation of assets.
Kate’s team can support local businesses in riding out dips in performance,
helping to raise finance or structure their operations in a more efficient and
profitable way.
Andy has over 14 years’ experience advising on corporate finance
transactions both in the UK and cross-border, from fundraisings, management
buy-outs and management buy-ins, through acquisitions and disposals for public
and private companies.
Paul has a wealth of experience in transactions, IFRS, technology and
working with small to medium companies. He specialises in working with
early-stage, fast-growing companies, taking them through to IPOs or trade
sales.
