He has led large scale restructuring programmes at board level, driven M&A from objective setting to exit strategy, headed a start up growth business and rationalised a failing business group.

Anthony Morgan is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and has broad experience of international project management and has worked more than 25 years in the construction industry. He has planned and executed projects both in the UK and internationally and has key knowledge of best practice procedures for project and risk management on major projects. He has advised a wide range of public and private sector clients in all aspects of the capital project supply chain.

Mark is an in-depth client service adviser with significant experience in advising energy and utility companies getting to grips with the challenges of liberalisation, regulation and competition. He leads a London-based team of over 40 professionals with specialist industry capability in the gas and electricity sectors covering the full range of economic and financial advisory capability.

Nick led our relationship and audit engagement on a UK-FTSE 100 listed nuclear generator for 4 years. In the past he was heavily involved in advising on its privatisation, and subsequently on its investment activities, both at home and overseas. His nuclear experience also includes substantial due diligence on the nuclear generation operations of a Canadian utility.

Richard is a Director specialising in the operational performance and programme management of nuclear build and operation.
He has over 10 years consulting experience in a wide range of industries, including the nuclear sector. He has worked on large scale transformations as well as for a cross section of other commercial organisations. He has qualifications in nuclear reactor engineering and has been qualified to supervise the operations and maintenance of nuclear plant.

Karen is a Director in the Energy Strategies Team who specialises in the provision of strategy, commercial and financial advice to companies in the energy sector. Over the last 15 years, she has advised Governments, regulators, utilities and financial players on a variety of energy-related issues; including the implication of liberalisation and market change, restructuring, asset valuation, market development strategy, M&A impairment. She has advised clients worldwide including Eire, the Netherlands, the Balkans, Spain, United Kingdom, USA, India and Australia.

Steve is a recognised industry expert on financial transformation, operating model design, performance management and benchmarking, and has spoken at a number of leading UK and European conferences on these topics, and was chosen as board adviser to the UK’s leading forum on support services. His sector expertise encompasses energy, engineering, technology, national and local government, consumer products, and financial services.

Currently a Director in our audit assurance practice, Paul joined the firm in 1995, and since then has specialised in various aspects of audit assurance within the Energy, Utilities and Mining sectors. This has included providing assurance and due diligence services to clients in the nuclear sector in the UK, in addition to the broader energy sector in the US, where Paul spent the last 10 years focusing on SEC registered energy companies. Paul currently coordinates activities across all the services we provide in the nuclear sector.

Matt has led and delivered improvements to acquisition, safety assurance, operation, repair and maintenance predominantly within submarine nuclear propulsion plants. Specialising in large scale, technically demanding safety critical programmes throughout the entire design life-cycle. He has also been influential in substantial strategic change initiatives. His key focus is upon operations and process excellence within exacting regulatory frameworks and has been UK security cleared to DV level.
Senior Consultant
Rebecca has worked in the nuclear industry for 10 years and has led project management, risk management & PMO for new build of various nuclear facilities. She is fully familiar with safety cases and Periodic Reviews of Safety. Rebecca has run many cooperative cross-industry projects interfacing with multiple nuclear utilities, reactor vendors and supply chain members and other international bodies. She has been UK security cleared to DV level.
