Andrew Palmer
Since 1985 Andrew has been involved in many litigation and investigative assignments and has been a full time member of Forensic Services since 1992. He has advised many clients in Europe, the Middle East , Asia and North America ,both defendants and plaintiffs, on potential claims, litigation strategy and settlement and has given expert evidence on several occasions.
As European leader of the firm's TSD team, Andrew has overseen numerous completion accounts disputes as an advisor to one of the parties. He also advises clients during contractual negotiations and on strategies for optimising value post completion.
As well as advising clients, Andrew is a qualified mediator, has acted as an independent expert in transaction related disputes and as an arbitrator in international proceedings.
Andrew's other experience in High Court and international arbitration covers a wide range of disputes, including warranty claims and professional negligence claims relating to audit, due diligence and other transaction related assignments.
