Celine is a partner in the S&CC team and co-leads our Climate Change and International Development business, and the firm's work on Climate Resilience. In this capacity, she works with a range of clients from governments, development banks, donors, UN agencies, the private sector and foundations. Celine has extensive expertise of climate finance, climate policy, climate risk assessment, resilience and disaster risk reduction, private sector development, insurance and sustainable land use.

Celine advises clients at the corporate, government, and international level across Europe, North America, and emerging and developing economies on strategy, financing, policies and implementation related to climate change. She has acted as a key advisor to the G-20 and World Economic Forum around Adaptation, a private sector representative to the $6Bn Climate Investment Funds, and as Chief Strategy Advisor to the $100M Climate and Development Knowledge Network (CDKN) funded by the UK and Netherlands. Celine is also a Visiting Senior Fellow at the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment at the London School of Economics, and has a PhD in Climate Modelling and Polic.
