Clifford is a partner in our London Capital Markets Group providing adviceand execution services on all transactions involving the issue of prospectusesand circulars governed by the UK Prospectus and Listings Rules. Clifford hasbeen a partner for the last 14 years.
He has advised on a significant number of specialist transactions,includingthe merger of Securicor and Group 4 Falck, the merger of Carnival and P&OPrincess, the listing of Brambles Industries plc, and the securitisation ofSouthern Water.
He is a member of the UK firm's Technical Forum.
