Clive Suckling

Clive was appointed leader of PricewaterhouseCoopers UK forest, paper &packaging practice in July 2004 and went on to also become director of thefirm's global practice in July 2005, with responsibility for developing ourthinking and services in the sector on a global basis. He is also the globaladvisory leader for the group, bringing together our best people to support ourclients' strategic requirements.

Through his responsibility for developing the firm's business inScandinavia, Clive has worked with many of the world's leading forest and papercompanies based in that region over the past 15 years. He has also acted for anumber of non-European forest and paper companies on cross-border investmentstrategies.

Originally in audit, Clive has over 20 years experience in advisinginternational companies on mergers, acquisitions and disposals, capital marketstransactions, cross-border investment and corporate reporting.

Clive Suckling is a graduate of Oxford University and a Fellow of theInstitute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Outside of work, heenjoys family activities, with three demanding children, as well as travel anda range of sports.
