Craig is a Director in the Valuations practice, jointly leading the Real Estate and Capital Equipment team. He is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with more than 25 years experience in property valuation and advisory covering all asset classes for corporate, government, institutional and private equity clients.
Craig is jointly responsible for delivery of valuation reports and for supporting audit teams for property related clients. He is also responsible for developing the firm’s real estate related due diligence and for vendors, buyers and funders. Craig has worked with a number of high profile clients including Land Securities, Legal & General, Schroders, Duchy of Cornwall, UK Coal, Ontario Teachers Private Capital, Tesco, Barclays Capital, Royal Mail and RBS.
Craig also leads the team’s Hospitality & Leisure valuation offering and has worked for a number of clients including De Vere, Jury’s Inn, QMH, Somerston, Mitchells & Butlers and Marstons.
Craig has published a number of articles; topics include the valuation of listed property companies, the effect on increased corporate governance on occupiers and the impact of the introduction of International Valuation Standards.
